  1. Listen. The first thing we do is listen (we understand that we can’t learn anything while we’re talking). We will then prompt you to tell us more in order to get a clear understanding of the situation and what you are looking to accomplish.

  2. Define and specify the objectives to be accomplished.

  3. Prepare an agreement based on accomplishing mutually agreed objectives.

  4. Research. In addition to what we have learned in our discussions we want to understand as much as possible about all aspects of your business that may have a bearing on the success of a project. To assist in gathering this information we prepare a customized questionnaire specific to your business.

  5. Develop and segment profiles of the key audiences we are trying to reach and influence.

  6. Review the competitive environment with a view to understanding your unique positioning in the marketplace.

  7. Refine objectives. We will often present you with new or alternate objectives and uncover new areas of opportunity based on our research.

  8. Determine how success will be measured.   We believe any marketing undertaken needs to be measured. How else can you know if things are working and be able to evaluate results?

  9. Develop a strategy and a plan of action including time-line and costs.

If a new website is needed we will create a website plan designed to achieve your objectives.

2. Outline appropriate content.

3. Prepare site layout and navigation plan.

4. Estimate cost.

5. Develop a visual layout and copy.

6. Manage the process of building, launching and testing the site.  (All the sites we design, develop or work on include free installation of web analytics to monitor and analyze results.)

If you already have an existing website, we determine if it can be re-worked to achieve the agreed objectives. Re-working might include: re-organizing and/or creating new content, re-writing existing copy as needed, improving visitor navigation pathways to make it easier and faster for your website visitors to find what they need.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Research and develop a list of the search terms (keywords) most important to your business. Develop all of the key components designed to have your site show up higher on the major search engines for these search terms.

Search Engine Advertising - Plan, implement and manage an internet marketing and search engine "pay-per-click" campaign designed to generate qualified traffic at an acceptable cost.

Blog - We will develop a blogging plan and show you how to create search engine friendly content and maximize it's potential for attracting and generating topic-related traffic to your website.

Social Media - We will show you how to use social media (facebook,Twitter, Linkedin, local social networks, etc.) in combination with your website and a blog to create online marketing synergy.

 

Program Fee Options:

Multi-Channel Marketing is only interested in developing win-win relationships where our compensation matches the true value received by the client.  We are flexible in how we charge for our services based on the specific nature of the assignment, and we take into account each client's individual needs. Once we agree on the the scope of the specific assignment, a written proposal outlining deliverables and fees will be provided.
